Open houses aren’t a waste of time entirely, We Do Agent open houses as well as public open houses. A home that might have been on the market with another agency and wasn’t market very well may do better holding an open house to get their colleges to tour the home.
For example, if a home has been converted from a church year ago but still has some of the architectural features, it might be miss leading from the outside.
