Wondering if you should have an Open House?

 Every real estate agent has been asked this at some in their career.
Open houses aren’t a waste of time entirely, We Do Agent open houses as well as public open houses. A home that might have been on the market with another agency and wasn’t market very well may do better holding an open house to get their colleges to tour the home.
For example, if a home has been converted from a church year ago but still has some of the architectural features, it might be miss leading from the outside.  
Hosting an open house would benefit both agents and the public to see inside. As well as very good professional photos.
When someone decides they are in the market to buy a home they get on the internet and start their home search. Next step they would be calling a real estate agent to set up a showing.
